- Minum 6-8 gelas air kosong setiap hari.
- Pastikan air kosong boleh didapati pada bila2 masa.
- Minum air kosong dengan kerap walaupun anda tidak berasa dahaga.
- Bekalkan air kosong kepada anak2 anda untuk di bawa ke mana-mana.
- Minum 2 gelas air sebagai tambahan apabila anda melakukan aktiviti fizikal bagi menggantikan air yang hilang semasa berpeluh.
